Dia-Frag was founded on February 15, 1984, in Monte Alto, São Paulo, Brazil. The company focused entirely on developing, manufacturing, and marketing aluminum and rubber components.

Through its large industrial park and with the most modern production processes, Dia-Frag became one of the main suppliers of the motorcycle parts market, also working in the segment of auto parts, railway, agricultural machinery and others.

In 2003, with the achievement of ISO 9001 Certification, the company also began to supply the lines of the main motorcycle manufacturers installed in Brazil. Today Dia-frag is considered by the same one of its preferential partners.
